Once you’ve hired security officers, it’s time to set the terms of employment. You need to coordinate with the security management on where to post the officers. You had to clearly state what the officers should be doing on their job. You need to decide what includes in their activity log and what doesn’t. You’d better mention all the way up to specifics, such as no television or smoking during work hour. You’d also want to ensure that you have a collection of patrol routes for the officers to follow.
